Friday I made the decision to quit smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol all together. I only smoked when I drank, they went hand in hand mostly. I'm going on 2 days now and I already feel better. I find whenever I have a craving for either, I just turn on my PS5 and start playing Saints Row 3. I have to keep my mind preoccupied and usually I totally forgot all about the cravings. I had a couple close calls though, I ended up throwing away all my ashtrays so they wouldn't remind me. Out of sight out of mind. The last craving I had was so bad I literally had to stop what I was doing, and I drank about a half gallon of water and it actually helped. It dosen't sound like much but I'm happy to say my will power is still there and I'm still remaining positive.
