On the brink of an alcoholic problem

Hi! New here - during my entire 20s I did not drink a drop of alcohol. But when I turned 30, it all changed. I went from a few drinks per week, to where I am drinking 20 standard drinks a week. I can feel my liver struggling and I can feel my mind not hitting all cylinders.
Not sure if this constitutes a problem yet, but I think I will hang around here for some time.
