Today marks two weeks no booze for me. Its been 7 years since Ive gone more than 4 days without a drink. Last September I turned 30 and began noticing allnthe negative health impact it was having on me. Horrible sleep, always bloated, poor circulation and of course spending way too much money on drinks and takeout.
Feeling super clear and better than ever, and Ice been microdosing psilocybin for anxiety. The hardest part is getting used to not drinking when hanging out with friends or for novel events (we just had a major snow storm in the PNW, I usually walk around in the snow with a hot toddy, this time I settled on some kava tea.)
Thanks for the support here everyone, it really helps reading all positivity in this community. Much love!
