Wine is actually good for you. Just one drink won’t hurt. You can drink in moderation. You have to go pick up groceries, so why not get some booze while you’re out?

It’s easy to either hear those thoughts and give in, or feel guilty. Well, there is another way. Imagine those thoughts as cars on a train, and watch them pass into the distance. And catching yourself thinking those thoughts, and consciously stop it. It’s called mindfulness.
