Day 5 update.

My housemate's had a party last night, I didn't partake while the old me would have been drowned in vodka by now. I've been depressed over a breakup recently that really broke my heart and im feeling the grief without the numbing of alcohol which isn't great but I know in the long run this is the healthiest way. I need to finally feel these emotions to start moving on. Symptom wise, slight nausea but I ate a full meal! anxiety, general lethargy and still sweating like a smelly bastard when I do get some sleep. I feel generally alright though. Im gonna venture out tomorrow for a shop which is frightening to me but exposure therapy right? Stay strong gang, IWNDWY today friends. BTW, any eta on when the sweating stops? My word it's gross. Have a great day sober warriors.
