My main goal for quitting was to lose some beer belly. Before I quit I was drinking a fifth of cognac every 2-3 days and four white claws a day. I’ve yet to notice any changes in my skin and belly and it’s a little discouraging to the point that it makes me feel like going back. I count calories and also weigh out my food the only thing I haven’t been able to do is exercise because of the pandemic. I was going to the gym a lot before the pandemic and I work in construction where I burn a lot of calories as is. Anybody got some advice?
