It's on my heart to share this, I hope it's not in violation. Mrs. Pooley runs an online blog, mummywasasecretdrinker.blogspot.com, that I stumbled across a year or so ago when I was looking for reasons to get my drinking under control. It's great. I'm taking this problem seriously now, and reading her experiences really helps me understand, just as this community does, that I'm not alone. She also wrote a book. I just read it and swear I could have written some of it. I'm new here, but I hope this information helps someone. IWNDWYT.
