I now know that one drink will never be one drink. Shortly (1 week) after having one light beer, I was back to drinking a quart of vodka every day, without exception. I was brought to the E.R and remained there for two days before being transferred to detox/rehab.
I am now 28 days sober after spending some much needed time in an Intensive Rehabilitation Unit at my local hospital.
Iām excited to spend the holidays with my friends and family sober and In control of my life and actions.
I would like to have my count reset to 28 days, if possible.
