Starting drinking Again

I started drinking again around 6 months ago. In the beginning it was manageable and under control, but now for the past 2 months I have been drinking nearly every day. It’s not to the point where I am hammered but I know it’s not right and addictive behavior. Also stopped going to the gym in the past two months. Just had to tell someone cause I can’t tell anyone
