One month; feels good.

Wow, can't believe I've made it to a whole month! While it has definitely been an experience (whole lot of depressive thoughts I haven't dealth with in ages accompanied with a recent bad weed trip) of figuring things out, I'm glad I've done this for myself. The benefits absolutely outweigh the scary/hard parts -- and even the cravings pass.
Going to continue and see how far I can go this time. IWNDWYT!
