In 3 weeks it'll be a year since I quit drinking. Im grateful that it's been easy and I don't miss it.
I've always had a bit of a sweet tooth. In the first few months of sobriety my sweets consumption didn't change much. Didn't get worse or reduced. But in the last couple months my cravings have gone way up! At the moment I have several offerings of cookies, ice cream and chocolate covered whatever's on my cupboard and freezer!!
Has anyone experienced sugar cravings? What's been your strategy to curtail the cravings?
