Didn’t realize how easy it is to be an alcoholic

I’m 20 and up until this point I have never really had steady access to alcohol. Now I do, and I’ve drank like every night for the last four weeks.
I don’t have a job this summer (super rural area, would be 35 mins in one direction drive for a minimum wage job), and I don’t have many friends. So it’s really hard not to do something.
I was miserable when I wasn’t drinking and even fantasized about when I would be old enough to drink so I wouldn’t feel bad. But now it’s just feels unhealthy
