Six months of sobriety

Hello all! I haven’t had any alcohol since Christmas, by choice. It’s a daily choice that gets a little easier every day. I’m seeing a therapist/psychiatrist, hitting the gym 1-2 times a week, and working with my doctor to try to get healthy.
You can do it too! Take it one day at a time, and forgive yourself when you mess up. IWNDWYT.
