Nervous about inpatient rehab
Post Body

For those who’ve been, how did you feel going in? How did you feel during, and after? What do you recommend? I’m a bit of an introvert.

I’ve made myself go this Friday for the first time. It’ll be for at least 30 days. I took off extended leave of absence at work for this. I feel a little guilty and nervous, but I finally need to focus on my mental and physical health and stop relapsing. It’s my first time trying therapy, after trying to think I can do it all on my own all these years prior. Finally I can’t handle it anymore and need treatment to help, so that’s why I’m going.
