I had fleeting thoughts today about how I could probably have a drink today, it's been "ages" and I'm on a trip away, surely I can control my alcohol use this time? No, no I cannot. I feel euphoric about my progress and then seemingly out of nowhere get cravings. How have you all navigated pink cloud syndrome ðŸ˜
