Reducing Drinking

Anyone had any success in drink reduction?
I have drank most days of my adult life. I am almost 60
My liver enzymes are fine.
Usually at least a 6 pack plus two shots.
Recently had to abstain for 2 weeks and had no medical issues other than feeling bored.
Anyone have any tips for reducing drinking?
