Whoops I have a problem

I never thought I would accidentally create this disease but I suppose no one does it on purpose. I have been in college 2 years and I recently realized I was drinking everyday at least 1 sometimes 10 drinks. I quit on Tuesday and it's actually really challenging I feel sore I feel angry and tired. I'm glad I realized early and hope I can go a few months no drinks and try again healthier otherwise I'll have to stop forever.
