The past year has been challenging in various ways. I noticed a few weeks ago that I was drinking every single day. I would pat myself on the back if I "only" had three beers (16oz cans, of course).
Kept saying I was gonna stop, kept finding excuses not to.
Yesterday I just white knuckled it. I can't believe I let myself get to this point. I used to be able to take it or leave it. Maybe drink 2 -3 days a week. WTF did I do to myself?
There's got to be a way to make this easier. I went to the grocery and couldn't even walk down the beer aisle bc I know good and damn well that if they had a good IPA "on sale" I would walk out with a six pack and drink it all within 4 hours.
But aside from avoiding every gas station and grocery store and houses of people who have the ability to keep a bar full of undrunk liquor bottles, what do you do?
