Found out my aunt passed away suddenly so I decided to have ONE glass of wine out at dinner last night to toast her well lived life. Left the restaurant with a generally gross feeling and same feeling this morning after spending two weeks on the wagon. I've realized I'm missing absolutely nothing by not drinking, except loss of good money ($15 for a glass of wine!) and that generally gross feeling by putting alcohol into my body. I also realized I could have "toasted" her life by just going on a hike which she always enjoyed.
