In rehab again...tips for when I get out?

Out of the four times I've been to rehab this is the first time I've went in feeling good and almost excited to get here. I am in a good head space and am ready to surrender. I am currently trying to get all the tips, advice, and help I can get.
So any things, quotes, activities that work for you, please throw them at me.
