Turns out not alot.
The last few weeks, i've woken up thinking I was tired but after 5 minutes, I was with it. This morning, after having 6 beers, I woke up, and 2 hours later, I'm still tired.
I didn't cave due to emotional cravings, or feeling sad but more the case of physically wanting too. Now I know why I should stop drinking. Just the getting out of bed, feeling like a shell of yourself and the sweat is enough to put me off now, I feel bloated and just, sad I guess.
So Dawn the first day has come, lets get to it and make it, each day at a time.
