I've made it now to 11 days of sobriety. So far, im really enjoying it, sure sometimes things are tough and stressful but when that happens, I just remember IWNDWYT!
I've had plenty of tests, been out to a food hall with people drinking, bbq with people drinking, to the pub with people drinking, work stress, puppy stress. But you know what, I'm still going strong!
Im pumping some serious numbers at the gym, Tshirts which were too small now fit as i've lost the bloat. I wake up in the morning and within 5 minutes of getting up, I'm awake, no more haze or fuzz. I've been experimenting with low and no options and found some beer I like, no-secco and wine. So keep it at folks, if I can make it this far, then anyone can!
Next big hurdle, next weekend, first day back at training, friends coming over to celebrate their engagement and AEW Double or Nothing.
