I've been anxious about posting a day one as I always convince myself "one more day" or "tomorrow I'll start". Over the last few years, between losing a parent tragicly, pandemic, crap employers and marital issues, I just took comfort in drinking.
I think now, I just need to work on myself, I'll soon be back at training fully after an injury. I'm smashing it at the gym but not seeing the results properly due to the excess cals.
So, let's go! Day one! I'm not doing this for anyone, I'm doing this for me!
