Made it a week and failed. How to beat cravings?

I’ve gone on lengthy quitting stretches but this time I really have to quit for my health… I got through a week.

The craving was so intense I just went into autopilot to the store and got a 6 pack and drank it. Feel absolutely crummy, foggy head and a hurt ego right now.

I really want this just to be a slip up and have last night in my rear view mirror.

Any solid tips if you get to a craving like that? A walk won’t work because I’ll just go to the store…
