Hello everyone this may be a long post( I currently work as a deli part timer closer all of my shifts and I’ve been here for over 2 years now. My time at stop and shop has had its ups and downs and right now hours have been cut really bad. After this happened I started impulse applying to different full time jobs to see what would happen. A local ice cream factory got back to me and I was hired. I’m having second thoughts and starting to think about going full time at Stopnshop I know it’s a process but I honestly would much rather do a job I already know I feel comfortable with and not just a job I chose because it pays better and more hours I wanna do something that won’t make me miserable. I called my deli magnet today and talked to her on the phone and she told me she’s going to help me and have the store manager give me the rising star booklet and I’ll learn from there. I feel like I’m making the right decision but I’m just nervous is there any things I should ask the store manager today when she comes to talk to me?
