Leftover fish and chips sandwich.

Had some leftover fish and chips and one Martin’s potato roll left so I decided to make this colossal fish sandwich!
Used the air-fryer to bring some crispiness back to the fish and chips.
Didn’t really have proper ingredients for a true tartar sauce so I combined mayo, lemon juice, horseradish, onion powder, salt, pepper, and some fresh dill and made a pretty tasty sauce.
This was crispy and delicious. And I’m baked!
