The gravy is sadly instant because I forgot it until last minute…the downside of smoking before cooking lol I wanted to make it from scratch though
I boil the shit out of them to make them really soft. Then I add heavy cream, butter, sour cream and garlic salt and whip it all together. It seems to make them fluffy like this.
That is awesome! My grandmother used to make them like this as well and it’s so much easier than mashing.

The only things I do differently is I use brown sugar instead of regular and I only use the egg whites, not the whole egg.
