I have been fasting and working out regularly and am at a very healthy weight but I still have a bit of a gut and am always feeling bloated 1. I am constipated Asf but I talk to my doctors and I’ve gotten prescribed laxatives and take fiber supplements. 2. I eat like absolute shit such high processed snacks and or fast food.
I hate cooking, and my living situation currently doesn’t allow me to use my kitchen (messy ass roommates and it gives me anxiety just going into the kitchen lol). So if you have any go to munchies that are affordable/ easy to cook but are still LOW calorie HIGH protein id much appreciate it.
Currently I have on my grocery list -Boom chika pop -Grapes -Apples -Peanut butter -Pistachios ….

overnight oats!! i throw chia seeds, coconut shavings, flax seeds, almonds, and pepitas on top. soooo filling and so much fiber! if you don't want to buy all the extra stuff to put on top, just oats and water will work fine, though maple syrup and salt gives it the perfect touch. i usually make them in the morning so that they'll be ready by the time i smoke :)
if you're looking for low calorie high volume, baby carrots and frozen grapes! you can eat so many, they're my go-to when i want to mindlessly eat while watching a show. frozen pineapple and frozen mango are amazing as well!
for high protein snack, i have boiled eggs on hand all the time. i boil them right after i buy them, then snack on them the rest of the week. so filling!
