So I bought some shoes for myself as a gift for getting this job I was gunning for and I bought them on 12/28/2020. I understood that there would be delays and I had no issue with that.
I then received emails saying the shoes were shipped to StockX, the shoes arriving at StockX, and then the following two emails were only about the shoes being delayed. I thought, okay, that's the delay I was expecting. That was on January 7th so fast forward to January 19th where I finally email them asking for help. I get told I need to file a police report and I'm like, no? I'm not gonna go through all that effort after they screwed up.
Anyway, now I'm dealing with the charge back process and it's super annoying. I'm not even going to purchase them again cause they've rose in price since. Heads up to all of you if you're in the same position as me. Just charge back if it comes to this.
