Help with ETF allocations

Hi everyone, I'm looking to invest some money on ETFs, somebody in another sub recommend I put it in VTI, VT, VOO, VXUS. Are these any good, if so what percentage should I invest in each one? Also which one is better, Vanguard, Fidelity or Swachb?
Thank you for any help, I'm pretty new to stocks in general.
