Will we see another Market pop like we saw on June 8th?

To my understanding, the whole market popped back in June because there were hopes that we'd be getting back to normal.
Do you think we'll see another pop when the vaccine officially comes out? When the next stimulus bill comes out? When Biden gets sworn in? Or some other event? What makes the market pop like it did back in June?
