Always see a lot about the SPYs and VOOs of the world and, to be quite honest, they all seem sort of the same as far as their top 10 holdings, with one or two discrepancies here and there.
One that caught my eye which doesnโt get talked about nearly as much in this forum is FBGRX. For someone like me who is bullish on a few blue chips continuing to run the world for the foreseeable future (AMZN MSFT AAPL GOOG) I think it makes sense to put a decent % of that in my portfolio.
Also put URTH (bugger risk/reward) and VUG on my watch list.
For someone like me who would like to retire in 25-30 years and has a 401k already, and can put $6k max into a Roth IRA right now, and has about $5k (not much) in the market after three months of investing, should I still anchor my IRA with a SPY or VOO? Or is it not crazy to try out one of these other ones as the main cog.
