Minimizing My Portfolio Diversity

I’m in for $2k right now, with 10 different stocks. Thinking I want to drop that down to 4/5, and try to “short” some other stocks daily with like $100/200
My thoughts are putting everything into:
MSFT AAPL DIS XOM BA (Im down big on this right now but can’t cut my losses just yet)
I think AAPL and MSFT are my top 2, any thoughts on the others? Had 1 share of SBUX but really wasn’t into it, rolled that into a 3rd DIS share.
