Anybody familiar with BMY.RT? Or how to figure out when a drug would be approved by the FDA?

CELG was acquired by BMY in November. Part of the deal was the creation of BMY.RT; currently valued under $3 but if three drugs are approved by the FDA by certain dates it will be purchased back for $9/share. If anyone has insight on how to play this I would be very appreciative. I don't have much invested in it but feel like I'm betting on a coin toss right now.
