Looking for thoughts and feedback on reddit from those in Stockholm who've recently purchased or sold a property. Perhaps there's some real estate agents here who're able to chime in too with their consensus of the market?
We work in Stockholm City and we're basically looking to buy a RÄdhus (townhouse) or villa (3 bedroom) in the suburbs which would translate to a commute of (<45 minutes) via PendeltÄg or T-bana each way. With a budget of ~ 6 million SEK or lower preferably what's a good area to consider?
Seen some interesting units in HĂ€ggvik, Vallingby, Vega, VĂ€sterhaninge... but are we expecting a drop in in the property / real estate market coming up anytime soon? The market appears to have depreciated from it's all-time post-Covid highs but values haven't come crashing down so far...
What's your take on the current market or short-term (Q2 - Q3) predictions?
What might be some interesting communities to consider for our budget and commute considerations?
