Request- Starfleet tactical ground build

Looking for a ground setup for a Human Discovery Tactical officer if these kind of posts are allowed here.
Im currently using the Romulan Navy Armour,Shield and Kit with a Romulan pistol from the 'uneasy allies' mission but it seems most missions i hide behind my Boffs(who have the princess setup) as i dont seem to do any damage or stay alive long, so just looking how i should setup my ground traits??
