Suggested T6/T5U ship for Romulan Tactical VA?

I've been flying the tactical options at each tier and really enjoying having a high turn rate and massive DPS. But survivability is important too.
I have the Jem'Hadar Strike Ship from opening lock boxes, but it won't have the cloak/singularity options I was used to. I am also concerned about the survivability of the ship.
I don't really do PvP but would like to be useful in STFs and events.
So what are the suggested options here that I can take?
