Build Description
<< The scimitar is not the best overall NWS ship that distinction belongs to the fleet Ar'kif and the nicor let them fight it out on there own. But it is probably the best ship for holding a single flank. This build can do any flank with out help with good timing and positioning.

My captain's skills are extremely min/maxed(9 in all of the power related skills and 9 in flowcaps) so most captains probably will not be able to go with my power settings in order got get at least 75 in all systems. Most captains probably want to use the zero-point console for the extra power bonus to help elevate this.
GW only on waves 6/8/10 even then I do not always GW on wave 6/8.
APA/APO(if you are using it) only on waves 6/8/10.
TBR every wave(sometimes 2 times per wave) but on some like North 6 wait till the dread spawns to TBR it away.
Things to think about: If you have the A2D doff you might run A2D in the lt engineering spot so it is easier to help other waves the biggest issue with the scimi is that it turns so slowly that it is hard to help another wave and get back to your flank in time for the next one.
If you are taking my build and only modifying the weapon type to crtdx3 weapons or something like that. precise goes from being nice to being necessary for your survival against the bionural torps.
Why do I use DBBs rather than cannons?
Because I only have 2 tac boffs and I can only support one weapon type (beams or cannons) due to the fact my regular scimi build requires both of them.
It has less damage fall off over distance.
I strongly dislike using cannons on a regular basis.
I am bad at this game. (maybe I still have not found the validity or lack there of regarding this)
Because the Scimi can do it even if cannons may be a better choice.
It "feels" worse to use cannons but that is probably because I am bad at using cannons.
