http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=rrwluna_0) <-- Zemok builds are much more expensive but will reward you with better dps.

These are 2 of my scimis they both can consistently hit 30k dps in ISE. The Sol's best run was 36k dps the Luna's best is 40k dps.
