T6 X Ouroboros Temporal Raider Build Opinions

Hi all,
Just wondered if I could get some feedback on my current build. I've only recently started looking deeper into things on STO so it's by no means streamlined and the levels on everything (weapons/traits/DoFFs etc) need to increase but I just wanted to see if I'm on the right track. Thanks in advance for any responses. Also, I hope this is copy/pasted properly. I did it in markdown mode as per the instructions. If not I can re-post.
