DS9 question

Just flew to DD9 on one of my toons to do the endeavor (Play Dabo at Quark's) and for some reason everything is incredibly dark. Toon is lvl 65, and have completed all the missions today involving DS9. Tried on a different toon and same thing... is there a setting I'm missing or something? On other maps everything is fine. Just here at DS9 its dark.
