Has anyone had any luck fixing the crash issue?? I submitted a ticket and all I got in reply was to "force verfiy" and "re-install" - did both and it did not fix anything. u/ambassadorkael why has there been no acknowledgement that this is an issue, or that the issue is being investigated. Why is customer service a low priority for this game and its players?
