Greetings everyone, Im submitting my question here as idk what else to do. So i was playing normally STO and having fun and just as i was ready to call it a night i got the note that i was forecfully disconnected and then when i wanted to login i got mssg that my acc got banned. I double checked immideatly my email (also checked all passwords as well) and sent ticket via online site of thiers (via Arc) regarding banned account but 5 days later and i yet dont have an answer of what im accused of. Was wondering if i can do somethin anything regarding all of this ? I really dont wanna loose my account as im playing for 3 years nearly 4 now and i really never had done anythin wrong ingame. If anyone got any suggestions i could really use some, ty for your time upfront.
