Hello all! Newish player to STO, and finally made a science captain. And I LOVE everything about him, from land to space combat. Now that I’m climbing the ranks and close to max level I’d like to invest in a science ship.

Being a major need for voyager I LOVE the intrepid class variants, and the Terran version popped right into my mind! So, my question is how does this ship fare and what’re its best weapon types? Phaser, disruptor, e.t.c

I’m also totally open to other options too! Thanks a million in advance.
