Hey everyone.
The friend that I recruited to the game hit an issue with a fully upgraded item reverting back to its original mods after being reengineered.
Support refunded his lost materials and told him it’s a known issue. Then last night he realized the item in question (which he’s not done anything else to aside from use it on his ship) has now reverted from a Mk XV gold back to its original Mk XII purple.
He was so fed up he just logged. Has anyone else had one or both of these happen? Has the community found a way to prevent this?
Any help or input is greatly appreciated.
