Vertical Bar Help

I changed my consoles and needed a 5th bar, and wanted it vertical, I was able to do this, but I have a problem now.
The new Vertical Bar (Big Tray 2) is simply showing what the top bar of Big Tray 1, and when I try to use the arrows on Bug Tray 2 to change it to an empty bar, it also changes the too bar in Big Tray 1.
Is there a way to have Big Tray 1 with bars 1, 2, 3, 4, and Big Tray 2 with bar 5?
