Second Stimulus Scheduled to be Mailed 01/06

I used turbo tax for my 2019 taxes (2020 Filed), i opted for the turbo card. My first stimulus check I received via direct deposit without issue. For the second check, for whatever reason, is being mailed. IRS' GMP tool states my check was scheduled to be mailed 06 January 2021. As of 13 February 2021, nothing, its not even in informed delivery. I know for a fact when I filed my taxes, I didn't include the $600 yet. Im at a loss at this point. Will it arrive, is it on my tax return, or was it sent somewhere else?
