Stihl MS192 TC problems

I just replaced the spark plug air and fuel filters on my MS192 tc after it had been sitting for a couple years. It was running good for a while then would stall out as soon as I try to fire it up. I adjusted 2 of the screws on the carburetor and it will fire up but won’t idle. If I give it gas and keep it full throttle it will stay running but when I let it idle it stalls out. Is there anyone who could help me out with this? I’ve tried YouTube but can’t find any videos about this specific problem.
