first time clen + anavar cycle female

i’ve been on clen var for a little over a week now

days 1-3 20mcg clen 5mg var

days 4-10 40mcg 10mg var

planning on increasing to 60mcg clen 15mg var for days 11-20 and 80mcg clen 20 var for days 21-30.

the only side effects i think i’m noticing so far is increased heart rate & sweating more in the gym. i lift 5 days a week, two lower, two upper, one accessory day get over 10k steps in a day.

i’m 5’2” about 127lbs and just really trying to shed what i feel like is a layer of fat over the muscle i’ve been building over the last two years of lifting. i haven’t noticed any changes in strength / in my body yet. when will i start noticing changes? is 4 wks too short of a cycle? id appreciate any and all advice / experiences as i’m just going off of other forums i’ve read and unsure that what i’m doing is right / will be effective.

i’ve adjusted my cycle based on other experiences i’ve read & comments you guys have made.

going to try;

finishing clen out @ 40mcg through saturday 5/25 as that will be 2 wks on & ill take two weeks off starting again 6/9 @ 20mcg for another two wks & repeat cycling on/off for 8 wks.

moved var back down to 5mg, going to continue to monitor my sides & try to go for 8wks.
