What do you guys think of my workout plan?
Post Body

I am a 24F 5'2 130lbs before cycle and naturally very athletic (california state champion hurdler, college athlete, won a bunch of competions for fitness in the Army). I am running 10mg of var along 1 mg of test p at the moment. I feel like I need a lot of intensity and volume to feel anything from my work outs and am having really good results so far. I just wanna hear peoples opinion on whether I may actually be overtraining. I am heavily focused on building my lower body and my upper body is secondary at the moment.

My Split:

Glutes/Back/Biceps

HIP THRUST- 12-15 rep max (330lb) as a myo set x1 Same thing as a triple dropset with 25-30 total reps x 3, 4 minute rest in between each set.

KAS GLUTE BRIDGE- 1 dropset of my 15 rep max for a total number of reps 25 reps.

LAT PULLDOWN/SINGLE ARM PULLDOWN- 2 drop sets of each starting with 8 rep max and dropping down 30%.

SUMO/CONVENTIAL DEADLIFT- start with my max 3 pulls after warming up then 2 myo sets of my 6-8 rep max (250) for a total of 10-12 per set.

PULL UPS- 3 sets to failure normally about 15 per set.

CABLE KICKBACK- 3 triple dropsets starting with 10 rep max for a total of 25-30 reps per set

CURLS- 3 dropsets starting with my 10-12 rep max and dropping the weight 30% and getting an additional 3-5 reps.

CABLE ROW- 3 dropsets as described in curls.

Landmine curtesy lunges- 3 sets of 15 rep max each leg.

My quad/chest day is about the same just replacing the exercises. I do one day of each then rest 1 day, rinse repeat.
